Working in groups can be both the most challenging and the most rewarding classroom interaction for learners and teachers. In this issue, our bloggers explore ways to make groupwork a worthwhile experience for all. The posts look at how sometimes group collaboration creates a rich language learning environment, and how at other times the same richness comes from creating a space for silence and individual work. We\u2019ll also examine practical ways to move away from teaching to groups and instead move towards facilitating the group process.
